We offer free standard ground shipping on U.S. parts orders of $25 or more.
Orders under $25 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
All orders ship from our Texas warehouse using reliable ground carriers.
Exclusions & Special Items
Oversize, freight, or specialty items (including but not limited to tonneau covers and large accessories) may be excluded from free shipping or local delivery.
Applicable shipping options and costs for these items will be shown at checkout.
Shipping eligibility, rates, and delivery options may vary based on item type and destination.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If a return is the result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Integrity Auto Aftermarket.
If a return is requested for any other reason — including items ordered incorrectly, no longer needed, or confirmed incompatible after delivery — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment method, additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
Warranty Policy
Most products sold by Integrity Auto Aftermarket are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. Warranty coverage, terms, and conditions are set by the individual manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accident damage, vehicle modifications, or labor costs associated with installation or removal.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Photos or additional documentation may be required by the manufacturer. We will assist with the claim process and next steps.
Warranty approvals, repairs, or replacements are determined by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy.
